Despite all my best efforts to keep television to a minimum, I have failed. Relatives have exposed and infected my daughter with the Dora epidemic … there is no looking back. The small person demands it 24/7.
Perhaps she sees something in herself, perhaps it boots the monkey, perhaps it’s the excitement of swiper doing all that swiping, perhaps it’s all those wonderful español words.
From this moment our lives will never be the same. I can’t complain, it could be worse: at least the show makes an attempt to be “educational”. But it could be better … what if Dora was a badass with a gun? This is a movie I would like to see.
